The Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN) is a partnership with the L.A. Area Chamber to develop and expand a network of leaders in the business, government and community sectors who are prepared to address the unique challenges of our region.
Chamber members receive an exclusive credit on tuition for SCLN's signature Fellowships, the premier providers of community leadership development in Southern California. The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level executive interested in taking on enhanced civic leadership roles.
Leadership L.A. (LLA) is a nine-month program for individuals with expanding leadership roles in their organizations and communities. LLA participants gain in-depth knowledge of challenges and opportunities shaping L.A. city and county. Fellows leave with a better understanding of L.A., while honing their leadership and relationship building skills through activities and dialogue with their peers.
Leadership Southern California (LSC) is a 10-month leadership program for those who hold active leadership roles of regional significance in their civic and/or professional lives. LSC embodies the values of regional stewardship, experiential learning and a deep exposure to the people, places and trends shaping our region. Fellows travel to Los Angeles, Orange, Imperial, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties; and Sacramento.
SCLN is expanding its reach beyond Southern California to develop a new generation of stewards of California's future. The California Connections Fellowship facilitates statewide civic engagement and building of new relationships. Now, more than ever before, Southern California leaders have an opportunity to connect on a statewide level and propel California in a positive direction through new and innovative partnerships.
Riordan Leadership Institute is now part of the Southern California Leadership Network. Previously administered by the LA Junior Chamber Charity Foundation, this unique program empowers early- to mid-career professionals for lifelong community engagement through service on nonprofit boards.
