Jessica Duboff is the vice president of Public Policy at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. She oversees all Chamber lobbying and advocacy efforts on behalf of the business community. She has held this position since October 2015, and was also at the Chamber from 2010-2013 as Public Policy director and Public Policy manager, focused primarily on issue areas in transportation, goods movement, water, energy and environment. In between Chamber stints, Jessica spent two year as the LAX Liaison and senior advisor for Los Angeles Councilman Mike Bonin, working on the $12 billion in capital improvement projects LAX is building and serving as an intermediary between the community, City Hall and the airport. Prior to the Chamber, she spent three years in the district office of Congresswoman Jane Harman, the last as Deputy District Director. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from University of California, Berkeley and a Masters in Strategic Public Relations from University of Southern California.
