Ben Stilp oversees the finance, accounting, facilities management, human resources, treasury and benefits functions of the Chamber. Stilp also has oversight responsibilities for the financial affairs of the Los Angeles Sports Council, Southern California Leadership Network and the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games. Prior to joining the Chamber, Stilp served as CFO for Project Angel Food, supporting the acquisition and build-out of its state-of-the-art facility in Hollywood. Stilp also served as CEO for The Ventura County Alliance, one of the largest private providers of social services and specialty preventative health in Ventura. 

Stilp has also worked in management consulting with clients spanning for-profit, non-profit and public-private partnerships including the U.S. Forest/Park Services, Fortune 100 corporations, Internet start-ups, a $150 million international healthcare foundation, and a small housing re-development interest.  Ben started his career with the World Bank and Overseas Private Investment Corporation, a U.S. government agency providing project finance and political risk insurance to U.S. investors in emerging economies throughout the world. Stilp earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School at UCLA and a Bachelors in economics from the School of International Service at the American University. Currently Stilp volunteers as chair of the L.A. Emergency Food and Shelter program (FEMA). He is a Chicago-native, and for the past decade, has proudly served as a hospice volunteer with Kaiser Hospital L.A. and more recently with VITAS Hospice Care.
