Adapting To Millennial Customers and Employees

Tuesday, Aug. 28
7:30 - 9 a.m.

L.A. Area Chamber
350 S. Bixel St.
Los Angeles, CA 90017

Millennials are changing the American business landscape as both customers and employees. They've been typified as being technologically savvy, highly educated multi-taskers that some might say are over-confident to a fault. Yet their influence and purchasing power ($200 billion in 2017) are undeniable. In fact, in 2018, their purchasing power surpassed that of any generation before them. With millennials being the largest age group since their baby boomer parents, employers will need to make major adjustments to their engagement models.

Come by our next Referral Network, where Kat and Elianne of Bixel Exchange's Startup LAunch SBDC -- a Small Business Development Center of the U.S. Small Business Administration -- will address issues and share tips on how to best engage this unique demographic.
