Join us for a deep dive into how implicit bias shows up in all of us and in our organizations, and how you can change personal and organizational behaviors and practices to improve relationships, organizational culture and your business' bottom line.
Dr. Marks' engaging and interactive seminars will provide a clear description of implicit bias, including its causes, consequences and measurement. The seminar will also address potential solutions and implications for improving your organization's culture and bottom line.

Cost: FREE
$100 registration fee waived for our members and staff, thanks to the generous support of Southern California Grantmakers and the Los Angeles Truth, Racial, Healing & Transformation effort, supported by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
This is a two-part seminar, with the second session building upon the first. The Chamber highly encourages you to attend both in order to realize the full benefit of the program
(but you are welcome to attend just one).
