The Los Angeles Regional Export Council (LARExC) and the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to continue expanding trade and economic cooperation between Vietnam and the Los Angeles region. VIETRADE is part of Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT). Chamber Vice Chair Jerry Neuman signed the MOU on behalf of LARExC, and Director General Vu Ba Phu represented VIETRADE. Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and Minister Tran Tuhn Anh participated in the signing ceremony as witnesses.
