The Energy, Water & Environmental Sustainability Council welcomed Councilwoman Nury Martinez at its February meeting. In addition, a panel made up of representatives from the County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles' Department of Sanitation, Tetra Tech and Carollo Engineers discussed the Measure W program.
