California WaterFix

In the coming months, water agencies from Silicon Valley to San Diego will decide whether to support the California WaterFix and modernize our decades-old state water system. A final decision by Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's Board of Directors could come as soon as September. This is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for California water -- a resource that is fundamental to our future. Now is the time to say yes.

Fresh and festive: WeHo Sausage & Catering Co. caters to you

From Thanksgiving and cocktail parties to the office holiday party, Chamber member WeHo Sausage & Catering Co. has your festivities covered this holiday season. The local catering company serves up fresh and customized meals designed to fit the tastes of you and your guests, including a special holiday menu, custom charcuterie boards, cured salamis, and build-your-own flavor sausages.

Owner Peter Tulaney first established the catering company in 2014 as a pet project after discovering the benefits to eating fresh ground sausages, as opposed to anything store bought, or industrially processed. Peter decided to take his show on the road and opened a part-time catering company, catering small events and festivals. Within a few short years, his following expanded allowing him to open his first commercial kitchen in the Pico-Union district of DTLA. Currently, Peter and his staff cater office lunches and special events throughout the city.  "Admittedly - office lunch catering is the bulk of our business - carrying us through week to week, but I really enjoy catering events - nothing is more fun than a great cocktail party," said Tulaney.
