Chamber members discuss advancing the energy talent pipeline

The Chamber and the California Community Colleges’ Energy Skills Collaborative hosted a business roundtable to discuss ways in which the region’s community colleges and industry leaders can work together to build a stronger workforce pipeline for the region’s advanced energy sector. Siemens, Southern California Edison, Grid Alternatives and more than 20 industry representatives shared their views on strategies we can undertake to create a more skilled and talented workforce.
