Chamber hosts Goods Movement Focus Group for Metro

Center for Business Advocacy

August 5, 2019

Metro held the first of its two focus groups to get the Chamber’s input on its Goods Movement Strategic Plan. Chamber members came together with Metro’s staff to discuss the five elements of competitiveness, which the plan will be developed around. Members explained the challenges the goods movement sector faces in Los Angeles County, future trends and areas and opportunities that Metro can build on. The plan will guide the next 10 years of Metro’s goods movement investments, with the goal to be effective and create value for the region. SEE THE PHOTOS.

The second Metro Goods Movement Focus Group will be held at the Chamber on Aug. 15. If you would like to attend, please RSVP.
