Sign the pledge to promote Fair Chance hiring practices

The Chamber joined the L.A. County Board of Supervisors and other business and community partners to announce the launch of an awareness campaign to promote Fair Chance hiring. Fair Chance hiring encourages businesses to actively hire members of the justice-involved community. As part of the campaign, we are asking the executives of our member companies to sign the Fair Chance Hiring Pledge, which is a commitment to provide justice-involved individuals a fair chance to participate and thrive in our economy by promoting fair chance hiring practices. Companies that sign will receive guidance from the County Business Services Representatives who will help recruit and keep qualified candidates. Find out more and sign today.
