Chamber hears updates on DTLA 2040

The Chamber’s Land Use, Construction & Housing Council welcomed Craig Weber from the Los Angeles Department of City Planning who presented on the DTLA 2040 plan. DTLA 2040 plans for about 20 percent of the City’s growth on 1 percent of the City’s land through innovative land use to accommodate for more residences and businesses. Additionally, the presentation covered the department's diligence to comply with new state laws and implementation of re:code LA through community plans.
