Land Use, Construction & Housing Council hosts last meeting of the year

The Land Use, Construction & Housing Council welcomed Equity Residential, who presented on their upcoming project located at 4th and Hill. The body voted to support the project, citing much-needed housing units in the City of Los Angeles, and discussed ways that housing can potentially be streamlined. Additionally, updates were given on newly signed state legislation, the Regional Needs Housing Assessment and motions from local jurisdictions. This is the last Council meeting of the year, and the Council will kick off 2020 in January. SEE THE PHOTOS.
