We are excited to welcome the new year with the promise of new beginnings, filled with hope and optimism. This year, we celebrate 135 years of leadership in the Los Angeles region and commemorate our first full year as a U.S. Chamber of Commerce accredited organization. We look to build upon this honor and continue to show that business is a force for good.
The past few years have been challenging for many, especially for small, diverse businesses throughout the region. Yet through hard work, persistence, and innovative thinking, they have navigated the disruption of the pandemic and the uncertainties of the economy. We are inspired by the many stories of resilience, which gives us hope for a brighter future. Their perseverance helps to drive our commitment to ensure more businesses can start, grow and create good-paying jobs
The Chamber will continue to build upon its advocacy work on behalf of business owners large and small, for infrastructure systems which support our global economy, and for the education and workforce initiatives to supply the needed talent.
The Chamber has a busy calendar with countless in-person, virtual and hybrid events across the region. This is a great time to engage with our councils, committees, attend events, and connect with business, civic, academic, and community leaders. If you are not a member, we invite you to join the L.A.
