Beyond physical and mental health issues, this model looks at social drivers of health. These drivers include safe housing, transportation, food insecurity and other issues that can negatively impact one’s health.

The November Election is here! The polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for Election Day 2022. If you have not voted, I urge you to get to the polls before 8:00 p.m. today or drop off your ballot in a vote-by-mail drop box.
