A Legislative Update

Last Friday marked the close of the legislative session for the year. Gov. Gavin Newsom now has until Oct. 13 to sign or veto the hundreds of bills that reached his desk. Over the last few months, the Chamber has engaged on almost 50 bills across a range of issues that would impact the business community.
