SCALE: Success, Capital Access & Leadership for Entrepreneurs
Created by CalOSBA to help California’s diverse small businesses access resources to grow and create jobs. The Chamber Foundation partners in this effort by supporting underserved businesses with one-on-one coaching, loan application assistance, and funding awareness. Backed by the U.S. Treasury’s SSBCI program and $1.1 billion in federal capital, lenders aim to generate $18 billion in new small business loans.
Economic Mobility Initiative
Provides no-cost support to small business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits in LA County. Through the OneLA Inclusive Procurement program, EMI offers training in contracts and certifications, empowering participants to pursue and secure contracting opportunities at local, state, and federal levels. The program includes a boot camp introducing procurement practices and an intensive course offering comprehensive, interactive learning experiences.
Get in the Game
Collaborative effort led by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation, LISC Los Angeles, Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation, and Next Street. Connecting LA’s diverse small businesses to $150 billion in procurement opportunities tied to major events like the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2028 Olympics. Sponsored by JPMorgan Chase, it provides business support, financing, and matchmaking to help businesses thrive, aiming to secure $100 million in contracts over three years.
