Essential Guidelines for Developing Your Company's Employee Handbook
Tuesday, Feb. 27 7:30 - 9 a.m. L.A. Area Chamber 350 S. Bixel St. Los Angeles, CA 90017
Does your company have an employee handbook in place? Companies of all sizes should have a form of documentation that covers their company rules and employee guidelines. It's an essential management tool that communicates appropriate standards of action and behavior for all employees, and you don't have to be an HR pro to create one.
Chamber Human Resources Director Julie Salinas will share resources for beginning the process of implementing an employee handbook. The program will cover general guidelines for developing and maintaining your employee handbook, federal, state and local regulations that affect your company's policies and procedures, and monitoring the application and enforcement to ensure consistency.
