| In September, Gov. Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order (EO) N-79-20 to phase out the sale of new gas-powered vehicles in the state by 2035. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is one of the main departments the EO tasks to develop regulations to achieve the goal. Analisa Bevan, Assistant Division Chief, CARB's Sustainable Transportation and Communities Division, will join us for our last meeting of 2020 to discuss the agency's role in executing the EO's requirements. |
