LOS ANGELES, CA — The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce applauds the appointment of Cindy Miscikowski to the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners, which oversees the management and operation of the Port of Los Angeles.
“Cindy Miscikowski is the right choice to serve on the Harbor Commission, particularly during this difficult time in our economy,” said Gary Toebben, President & CEO, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. “Ms. Miscikowski's understanding of regional business issues, combined with her experience as a city councilmember, makes her an ideal selection for this post. The L.A. Area Chamber looks forward to working with her as we work to advance green growth at the port.”
