L.A. Area Chamber Statement on the Passing of Eunice Kennedy Shriver

The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce is sadden by the passing of Eunice Kennedy Shriver and extends its condolences to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, California First Lady Maria Shriver and the Shriver and Kennedy families.

“Eunice Kennedy Shriver leaves a legacy of compassion and inspiration that will not be forgotten,” said Gary Toebben, President & CEO, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.  “We pause to remember her dedication and achievements working on behalf of those with developmental disabilities.  Due to her efforts, our world has forever changed for the better.”
