LOS ANGELES, CA – The L.A. JOBS Political Action Committee (PAC), sponsored by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, announced its endorsement today of Wendy Greuel for Mayor of Los Angeles.
“Wendy has a long record of working with the Chamber to champion job creation and building a stronger economy in Los Angeles,” said L.A. Area Chamber President & CEO Gary Toebben. “She brings a unique combination of political leadership and knowing what it takes to run a successful family-owned business.” Greuel is the co-owner of Frontier Building Supply in the San Fernando Valley.
“The L.A. JOBS PAC believes that she will be a true partner on critical issues such as job creation, reforming the city’s business tax, making the tough decisions on pension reform, improving infrastructure and ending homelessness,” Toebben said.
“This was a very difficult decision for the L.A. Jobs PAC given the close working relationship the Chamber has had with all three of the leading candidates,” stated Toebben. “Each of them have championed issues that are important to the business community.”
