LOS ANGELES, CA – The L.A. JOBS Political Action Committee (PAC), sponsored by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, announced its endorsement today of Nury Martinez for Los Angeles City Council District 6.
“Nury has an extensive record of public service as an advocate for job creation, education and community safety,” said L.A. Area Chamber President & CEO Gary Toebben. “She’s an innovative leader who has fought on behalf of small business, and the L.A. JOBS PAC believes she will be a true partner on critical economic development issues,” Toebben said.
The L.A. Jobs PAC has also endorsed Wendy Greuel for Mayor, Gil Cedillo for District 1 and Curren Price for District 9. PAC endorsed candidates Felipe Fuentes, Mike Bonin and Joe Buscaino won their seats outright in the March primary.
