LOS ANGELES, CA — Yesterday, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce signed an historic Memorandum of Understanding with the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce during a press conference at the Mexican Consulate General in Los Angeles.
"We are excited about the opportunity to learn from one of the finest chambers of commerce in the world and to provide our members with greater access to trade and tourism opportunities in Mexico City,” said Gary Toebben, president & CEO of the L.A. Area Chamber.
Following the signing of the MOU, officials of the delegation, including Mexico City Chamber of Commerce President Humberto Lozano Avilés, visited the L.A. Area Chamber for a discussion about the ways the two organizations can work together.
