L.A. AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CONVENES POLICY, EDUCATION AND REGIONAL LEADERS TO HOST FIRST-EVER VIRTUAL STATE OF L.A. BUSINESS EVENT


REIMAGINING A NEW FUTURE FOR LOS ANGELES AND OUR POST-PANDEMIC ECONOMY WITH SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS AND SIX INTERACTIVE CROSS-COLLABORATIVE SESSIONS

 

Los Angeles, CA - OCTOBER 14, 2020 – The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce announces the State of L.A. Business. The event will convene business, policy and education sectors.  The interactive virtual conference will explore a new vision for Los Angeles and our post-pandemic economy through six facilitated discussions on the region’s economy, business climate and recovery.

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has been detrimental to our region’s economy. From our largest employers to our smallest of businesses. The business community has felt the impact, whether being forced to transition to digital operations or pivoting business models, those that drive our economy as well as jobs are looking to meet the challenges of the pandemic through innovation, flexibility and technology.

 

Presented by Amazon, the State of L.A. Business brings together influential leaders to discuss the region’s infrastructure, healthcare, tourism, and economy to pave a path forward towards our recovery.

 

The sessions will include:
