L.A. AREA CHAMBER CONGRATULATES STEPHANIE WIGGINS ON BECOMING LOS ANGELES METRO CEO

LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 8, 2021 – The Board of Directors for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority unanimously voted to install Chamber Board member Stephanie Wiggins as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Upon Stephanie Wiggins’ appointment, Maria S. Salinas, President and CEO of the L.A. Area Chamber said, “Congratulations to the Chamber’s exceptional Board member, partner, and friend, Stephanie Wiggins on becoming LA County Metro’s new CEO. Stephanie is a distinguished leader in transportation and a champion of equity in all sectors, and I’m proud to see her become the first woman of color CEO of Metro.”
