L.A. Area Chamber Issues Statement Honoring Life of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein


LOS ANGELES (Sept. 29, 2023) — The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following statement today after the passing of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, the first-ever women to represent California in the Senate.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Senator Dianne Feinstein. Her legacy as a public servant will live on throughout our state. We extend our condolences to her family and friends.

“Senator Feinstein was a trailblazer and an icon throughout the nation. Since taking federal office in 1992, she impacted countless lives through her compassion and fierce advocacy. Senator Feinstein’s life will live on through her legacy and her work. California will miss her leadership,” stated Maria S. Salinas, President and CEO, Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
