Honoring Small Business Disaster Recovery Fund Awardees and Our Sponsors
We're proud to share that several small businesses have been awarded grants through the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Disaster Recovery Fund. The fund, created in partnership with Lendistry, was launched with an inaugural gift from Bank of America, providing vital support to local businesses impacted by the January 2025 fires.
This fund offers critical resources for businesses to rebuild and continue serving our community. We honored two grant recipients at a recent Los Angeles Sparks game: Chamber member Nicole Feenstra of The DNA Agency, and Tracy Ryan Johnson of Bay Cities Tree Preservation. Their determination to overcome hardship is a powerful reminder of the vital role small businesses play in keeping the region vibrant and thriving.
This achievement would not have been possible without the generosity of our sponsors and community partners. Your contributions, both big and small, made a lasting impact and are helping local businesses reopen their doors, strengthen the economic and cultural fabric of our community, and ensure that no business, neighborhood, or Angeleno is left behind. |
