Chamber discusses immigration as a topic for economic success

Alma Salazar, senior vice president, Center for Education Excellence & Talent Development, joined State Sen. Maria Elena Durazo for a panel discussion on the economic and social impacts of the Trump administration’s immigration policies on the California economy. Included in the conversation were Manual Pastor, director of USC’s Center for the Study of Immigrant Integration, and Jim Mayer, president & CEO of California Forward. Capital & Main and the California Immigrant Policy Center hosted this important convening.
