Chamber welcomes Los Angeles/Orange County Regional Consortia

On April 19, the Los Angeles/Orange County Regional Consortia (LAOCRC) hosted a grand opening and press conference for their new satellite office located at the Chamber. David Rattray, executive vice president, Center for Education Excellence & Talent Development, joined LAOCRC Executive Director Alex Davis in providing remarks. Davis spoke on the work the consortium is doing to strengthen the community college system in the Southern California region. The Chamber's UNITE-LA and Bixel Exchange have been working with community colleges to connect students to health care and tech career pathways, and LAOCRC's presence aligns with the Chamber's efforts to bring opportunities to those in need.
