Supervisor Barger talks housing and mental health at Accenture Pancakes & Politics

L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger spoke to a packed room for April's Accenture Pancakes & Politics Breakfast Speaker Series. She dove deep into her efforts to increase mental health beds in the County, create affordable units and develop more housing for all, stating "most people don't want a handout, they want help to become self-sufficient." The Supervisor also discussed a recent procurement motion she authored to incentivize small businesses to make the leap to medium-sized businesses. See the photos.
