Leadership Southern California welcomes Class of 2020

Southern California Leadership Network (SCLN) launched its Leadership Southern California (LSC) Class of 2020 last week with an orientation and welcome mixer. The diverse group of leaders spent two days sharing their perspectives on leadership, identifying their sources of power and learning about the future of California from Dr. Stan Ward, Claremont Lincoln University; Dr. Kevin Groves, Pepperdine University; and Dr. Dowell Myers, Sol Price School of Public Policy at USC. SCLN alumni and board members came out to celebrate the class at the culminating welcome mixer.

The class will spend the next seven months traveling to Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties to learn about the unique challenges and solutions affecting the region, and refining their leadership skills to promote collaboration. Chamber member companies represented in the class include SoCalGas, Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), Walmart, Pasadena Tournament of Roses, Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles World Airports, Metro, Holliday Rock, Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles, The California Endowment and more. SEE THE PHOTOS.

SCLN is a 501(c)3 organization. Leadership Southern California is made possible by SCLN sponsors SoCalGas, SCAG, Southern California Edison, Walmart and Claremont Lincoln University.
