by Center for Business Advocacy
The Chamber hosted Metro for its second Goods Movement Focus Group. Metro’s Michael Cano led Chamber members in a lively discussion on the five elements of competitiveness that underpin their Goods Movement Strategic Plan. Participants discussed the 710 South and the Alameda Corridor; explored overlap between South Coast Air Quality Management District and Metro; and the plans timeline. Metro will begin to distill input from its focus groups to meet its goal to bring the Goods Movement Strategic Plan to Board by early 2020.
