A Fireside Conversation with Workforce Leaders

On Nov. 12, Chamber President & CEO Maria S. Salinas joined a conversation on the Future of Work at Pasadena City College. Closing out the Future of Work Conference, the "Fireside Conversation with Workforce Leaders" featured Salinas and Salvatrice Cummo, Executive Director of Economic and Workforce Development for Pasadena City College and Sheneui Weber, Vice Chancellor for Economic and Workforce Development of the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office. The discussion focused on emerging workforce trends in industry and building pathways to success for students and employers as it relates to workforce education policy. The event was co-hosted by the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership.
