Land Use Council Hears from Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson

The Land Use, Construction & Housing Council kicked off the first meeting of the year with Los Angeles City Councilmember Marqueece Harris-Dawson. As Chair of the City’s Planning and Land Use Management Committee, Councilmember Harris-Dawson shared updates on Proposition HHH, challenges to addressing the homelessness crisis and priorities for the upcoming year. He spoke candidly about state legislation that may potentially impact the City and discussed his perspectives on upcoming issues impacting land use.
