LOS ANGELES AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTS SMALL BUSINESS SUMMIT: VISION OF INCLUSION

LOS ANGELES, CA – May 12, 2022 – Today, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Small Business Summit: Vision of Inclusion, a marquis event, providing the region’s small businesses and entrepreneurs with the resources and tools to succeed. The event includes panel discussions, presentations, and an Exhibit Hall.
Speakers and panelists include leaders from Chris Thompson from LA28, Ben Raju from the Small Business Administration, Tara Lynn Gray California Office Small Business Advocate, and others.
Maria S. Salinas, President and CEO of the L.A. Area Chamber said, “The next ten years will bring unprecedented economic opportunity, including mega-events like the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2028. We know the importance of ensuring that our region’s small business community is equipped with the tools to take advantage of this potential for growth.”
Organizations joining the Chamber’s Vision of Inclusion event will be Pacific Asian Consortium of Employment (PACE), Vermont Slauson Economic Development Corporation, the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC), and the Chamber’s Together for LA partners, LAEDC and LISC LA.
“The Chamber is laser focused on preparing small and women owned businesses as well as businesses owned by people of color in the Los Angeles Region which includes Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Ventura counties, for growth and opportunities,” Salinas said.
