Celebrating Small Business

With nearly 500 business leaders and members of the diplomatic corps in attendance, the Chamber launches the largest World Trade Week celebration of its kind in the country in observance of the month-long celebration of global trade. The Kickoff Breakfast is the first time in 2 years that it returns to an in-person format.

The World Trade Week Southern California Committee, in partnership with the Port of Los Angeles, hosted Southern California congressional legislative staff for an informational luncheon and boat tour of the Port of Los Angeles to learn about congestion issues and the impact/ importance of trade policy in our everyday lives.

ACCESS Sacramento brings more than 150 Chamber members to Sacramento to meet with dozens of lawmakers on issues including health care reform, education and more private sector opportunities to rebuild our state's infrastructure.

ACCESS D.C. is the region's largest business advocacy trip to our nation’s capital, connecting business and civic leaders with federal lawmakers and administration officials on issues of importance to the greater Los Angeles region.

Recognized extraordinary leaders of the business and civic community at the L.A. Area Chamber Inaugural Dinner 2022

On Jan. 30, the Chamber held its 132nd annual Inaugural Dinner at the JW Marriott at L.A. Live, highlighting its new strategic plan of creating "A Thriving Region for All."

The Chamber and guests met with leaders from the public and private sector for the sixth annual State of L.A. Infrastructure. The half-day summit featured leaders throughout the region to focus upon smart cities, resilient infrastructure and the strategies that Los Angeles will need to employ to be prepared.

The Chamber hosted it's annual BIZCON SoCal business conference and networking event designed to celebrate, inspire and support businesses across the L.A. region. The event included a keynote address from Shawn Gold, TechStyle Fashion Group, and Isabel Guzman, Office of the Small Business Advocate.

Eighty business leaders joined the Chamber's annual ACCESS Sacramento advocacy trip to the state's capital, which focused on developing relationships with Gov. Newsom's administration.
